Our yoga studio offers a variety of classes for various levels of experience
and fitness. See below:
Yoga I Appropriate for beginners or other levels,
includes stretches and meditative postures. We explore the full range of postures and balances. Increase range
of motion, learn stress reduction, and improve concentration.

Yoga Light A regular hatha yoga class, but because
this is during the lunch hour, we make sure you won't sweat enough to need a shower.
Yoga II A more challenging practice, this class adds
some astanga or vinyasa yoga to provide a vigorous workout. People with some yoga experience who want to expand their
practice will found power yoga invigorating.

Yoga III (90 minutes) A longer class and one that includes
regular introduction of new material and demonstrations. This class is an exploration of your edge. This
one offers challenge, fun, and, of course, final relaxation.
Yoga on the Ball Strength training is an excellent
adjunct to your regular yoga practice. Thursday class uses light hand weights and balance balls in a fitness workout
to build stamina and improve balance. This class includes your favorite part: final relaxation.

Chair Class (Thursdays, 30 minutes) Chair
classes are designed for a quick lunch-time practice and accommodate regular work clothing. We use a chair as
a prop for this relaxing stretch, stand, and movement practice.
